A smooth handcrafted blend of premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes ensures a wine of enduring quality. The fruit used in the winemaking process has been carefully selected from the Central Ranges of New South Wales, a region well recognized for providing excellent produce due to its combination of rich tannins, moderate climate and abundance of water.
Tasting Notes
Garnet in colour with a nose of cassis and mint. The palate is full and sweet with plumy fruit and firm tannins while French Oak balances the concentrated fruit.
